At School of Fish, we ensure your aquatic plants and products are carefully shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Time

•Standard Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.

•Processing Time: Orders are processed and packaged on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but generally, expect your order within 3-7 business days after shipment.

•Live Plants Guarantee: We guarantee that all live plants will arrive alive. If your plants do not arrive alive, please send clear pictures within 3 hours of delivery to schooloffishwilbraham@gmail.com or text them to 413-543-1994. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

Live Animals Policy

We do not ship or sell live animals online. Only live plants and products are available for online sale.
