At School of Fish, we ensure your aquatic plants and products are carefully shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Time
• Standard Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed and packaged on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but generally, expect your order within 3-7 business days after shipment.
• Live Plants Guarantee: We guarantee that all live plants will arrive alive. If your plants do not arrive alive, please send clear pictures within 3 hours of delivery to schooloffishwilbraham@gmail.com or text them to 413-543-1994. We will assist you in resolving the issue.
Live Animals Policy
We do not ship or sell live animals online. Only live plants and products are available for online sale.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we make returns and exchanges as simple as possible.
Returns
• Eligibility: You can return unused products in their original, undamaged packaging for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
• Non-Returnable Items: Live plants cannot be returned if they arrive alive. Please refer to our Live Plants Guarantee for further details.
• Brand-Specific Products: For certain products by specific brands, you may need to contact the brand directly for assistance. If the issue is beyond our control, we’ll provide you with the correct phone number or contact person to help resolve your issue.
Exchanges
• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll exchange it for the correct product. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange.
Return Process

2. If applicable, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label. Ensure all returned items are carefully packaged.
3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please take a photo of the product and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We’ll provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Return Resolution Time
Most returns are usually resolved with a solution within 4 days. We are committed to being clear and upfront with our responses and maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
